Please email candidateservices@certiport.com if you are contacting us after normal support hours. In your email, be sure to include your first and last name, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ username, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ profile email, Country, full mailing address and description of the issue.
We aim to respond within one business day of receiving your query. Upon receipt, your email will be reviewed by the Customer Service Team. At that time, they will either answer your question, request additional information, or route your request, concern, or comments regarding your exam experience to the appropriate department for further review and, when applicable, a response.
If your request, concern, or comment—including all administrative complaints, appeals, complaints against certified individuals, or issues related to your exam experience—is routed for departmental review, it will be evaluated. If a response is warranted, you will receive it within 10 business days of submission. This response may include the outcome of the evaluation, a request for additional information, or an estimated timeline if more time is required. Once a response has been issued, it will be considered final, and no further review will take place.
